We had an amazing evening on the 7th at the Stow Film Lounge. A big thank you to all who came to see the film.
Lega ‘say’, is a community voice project, an opportunity to tell stories about 2012.
Here in Walthamstow, we asked the residents of the Hoe Street Ward to tell us their stories of street parties and how we were part of the world’s largest sporting event. They were recorded, then their stories were animated. Puppets made in family workshops, play the part of characters in the collected stories of inspiration, jubilation and consternation.
We have amazing persons, families, children living on our area, We of the Lega’say’ team Dee Honeybun and Scribble and Smudge are privileged to deliver your stories for everyone to see….
lega’say’ has been supported by Community Development Foundation, Hoe St. First. http://legasay.wordpress.com/
